Domestic Shipping only

We value every purchase, and we do our best to honor all shipping requests to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible. Please note processing times for shipping options:

Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days to process your order prior to ship.
Express Shipping: 1-2 business days to process your order prior to ship.

Please Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Verify your shipping address before finalizing your order as we are not liable for any orders shipped to the incorrect address. If you realize your address is incorrect please contact us immediately. Once an item has been shipped off we are no longer responsible and you will need to contact the carrier. 

Lost/Stolen Package

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost, reach out to the carrier for further assistance. If your package arrived damaged you must let us know within 48 hours of receiving the item. Contact us at info@nessathelabel.com and be sure to include your order number along with photo proof of damaged item.
