Return Policy

All returns must be submitted and processed through our customer support. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Contact info@nessathelabel.com to notify us you would like to start a return process. We will provide a return label for you that will be deducted from your refund total.

Return label fee is $7.99.

We have a 7 day return policy, which means your item must be postmarked for the return no later than on the seventh day following the delivery date. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and include receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 5-7 business days from the date your return tracking information shows “Delivered”. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen package during the return process.

If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment. Please Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable and the cost for your return label will be deducted from your refund total.

Please Note:

  • Items must be received in original condition - damaged, no tags attached, not in original packaging, washed, worn, or altered items will not be accepted.
  • All returns must be submitted and processed through our customer service 
  • All sets that are purchased must be returned as a set.

Final Sale Items Include:

  • All bodysuits, swimwear, and intimates.
  • All jewelry.
  • All beauty.
  • Any items marked Final Sale will not be eligible for a return.
  • Sale items.
  • Items purchased with a discount code.
  • Gift cards.

Please note the following items are non-returnable

  • Any item(s) postmarked past 7 days of delivery date.
  • Any item(s) marked Final Sale or purchased on Sale/Discount.
  • Damaged, washed, worn, or altered items; items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume and/or stains. 
  • If any of the above items are sent back to us: we are unable to issue a refund or return the items back to you. Please do not send multiple order returns under a single shipping label.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the case of a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours at info@nessathelabel.com. Please include photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
